Scott Gate - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gate has over 30 years experience in the high tech industry, 15 years experience in the energy industry, and is a seasoned leader with experience working in fast paced, challenging, diverse, and complex environments. Strong customer focused, interpersonal, communication and effective organizational skills.  Extensive experience coordinating, managing and maintaining relationships between internal, external, domestic and international business partners. Extensive logistical, program/project management experience along with managing the launch of over 40 large cargo facilities.  

Mr. Roop is one of the leading oil and gas experts with extensive experience in multiple energy sectors.  Roop is well versed in operating regulated and unregulated pipelines, crude oil and natural gas liquids storage and transportation facilities, along with gas gathering and processing. Roop is also highly knowledgeable in marketing and trading crude oil and natural gas liquids. He has developed electrical power generation projects for combined cycle plants, and alternative power generation with key emphasis on “clean coal” and “solar” power. 

Mr. Black was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1990. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma. Mr. Black graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.B.A. Degree in Finance Management and received his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University. He is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and the American Bar Association serving in the Defense Litigation and Energy Sections. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and has tried cases in 70 of Oklahoma's 77 counties and in all Federal Jurisdictions. He is currently serving as a part-time Special Judge at the Oklahoma City Municipal Court.

Mr. Slattery is serving as COO/Executive VP of Business Development at NAT3 Solutions LLC. Previously, Slattery served in several highly relevant energy and utility industry executive leadership roles: Director of Business Development for SNC-Lavalin Group Inc., Canada's largest engineering consulting firm; Power Industry / Sales Director for Black & Veatch (B&V), one of the largest EPC and consulting firms in the US; Client Partner / Management Consulting for Bridge Energy Group, (now part of Accenture LLP) a widely recognized boutique consulting firm; and Senior Manager Sales Capture North America Resource for Accenture LLP, one of the world's most recognized consulting organizations. As a senior executive for Hewlett Packard, the world’s largest technology company, Slattery was responsible for the former EDS as well as HP’s portfolio of utility, oil & gas, mining and chemical industry operations worldwide. He has served as COO/CTO for Composite Power Corporation, a global power system integrator and manufacturer, and as VP of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Premium Power Corporation, one of the largest fuel cell and advanced flow battery technology companies in the world. Slattery has served as the Managing Director for AGC Project Development, a global leading packager/integrator of gas turbines.  Prior to this Slattery directed all deregulation operations for Entergy Corporation, a major US utility company, Director for EPRI's CTAG deregulation initiative, served as a utility regulator, directed two Superfund Projects, and has been on numerous civic and corporate boards.
